The material use and manufacturing process of thick plate blister
Thick plate plastic materials mainly include various colors of ABS, Acrylic, PETG, PVC, PC, PP, PE, PS, and a variety of modified plastic light plate, leather plate, transparent plate. Thick plate blister molding process can be a large size, more complex shape, size requirements of plastic products are not accurate, a certain aspect can replace injection molding, fiberglass, metal shell, and so on.


Thick plate blister mould has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and short development cycle, and its cost is 1/10 to 1/20 of that of injection mould. Gradually widely used in automobile inside and outside act the role ofing, transportation, building materials, packaging, medical equipment, household appliances, stationery and sanitary ware, sports goods, medical equipment, food equipment, instrument shell, electrical housing, automobile body sheathed, pet tray, advertising light box, lighting, air conditioning, the refrigerator industry industry and home appliance accessories such as People's Daily life.


Thick plate blister adopts fully automatic high-speed blister molding machine, pull the roll sheet into the electric oven heated to softening, strike again to the blister mould, mold up and vacuum, will soften the sheet to the mold surface adsorption, at the same time, the cooling water to spray fog forming sheet surface, make its hardening, forming of sheet is automatically pulled to storage container, pneumatic cutting knife molding and forming sheet separation, to complete the process.


Thick plate blister large plate products must pass through the punch, with a knife plate into a single product. The principle is that there is a large plastic cutting board on the bottom of the punch, and the large-format molding products are put on the cutting board, and the pre-made knife die is stuck on a single product, through the up and down movement of the punch, the single finished product is cut out.
